Portal terms of use
Terms of access and use of the LudoSAFE families portal by guardians and legal representatives.
1. Acceptance
By using the LudoSAFE families portal you declare that you have read and accepted these terms, as well as the privacy policy and cookie policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the portal and visit the play centre front desk.
2. Purpose of the portal
This portal allows guardians to register families, manage data and consents, and access information about visits to the play centre operated through LudoSAFE.
The portal does not replace supervision of the child on the premises or the play centre's safety rules.
3. Who may use it
You must be of legal age and act as guardian or legal representative of the minor.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping consents up to date.
4. Account access and security
Access to the private area is via your email and a one-time code. Do not share the code with third parties.
You must notify the operator if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
5. Permitted use
You agree to use the portal lawfully, without accessing other families' data or tampering with the system.
Unauthorised automated use is prohibited.
6. Consents
Consents are recorded immutably with policy version, date and scopes.
You may revoke optional consents; revoking required ones may prevent use of the service until renewal.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep the portal available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
In case of prolonged unavailability, the operator will provide alternatives at the front desk when possible.
8. Intellectual property
The LudoSAFE software, design and trademarks are the property of FastCore or its licensors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FastCore shall not be liable for indirect damages. The primary relationship is between the guardian and the play centre operator.
Nothing limits the rights granted to you under consumer and data protection law.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts with jurisdiction under consumer law shall have competence.
